Trauma is almost inevitable in a person’s life. What is considered a traumatic event for one individual may not be for the next However, at some point, life gives us all an experience that becomes challenging to deal with. We will replay what a person said to us, did to us, or how a person made us feel repeatedly in our minds. Sometimes it is not what someone else did, but our actions or words keeping us bound. In our minds, we become prisoners of how we perceive life circumstances. Ultimately, everyone has a story to tell; how we tell our story makes a difference. The vision is to collaborate with authors who will tell their stories to help others become free in their minds from life circumstances. Prisoner of War in the Mind will be a tool to empower and encourage other men and women who are living in a warzone in their minds due to past experiences.
